The Rehberg – Tester Cancer Fight [VIDEO]

The fight between Senator John Tester and Congressman Denny Rehberg has become personal. So personal, in fact that Rehberg's mom has stepped in to back up her son. It all started with the following televised ad, sponsored by the Tester campaign. In the ad, a cancer survivor makes the charge that Rehberg eliminated funding for the clinic that helped her recover (though not in the video, the vote that Tester claims would eliminate funding is H.R.1).
Rehberg fired back, claiming that the ad was "false" and distributing his own television ad in which Rehberg's mom lambasts Tester for "playing politics with a deadly disease." Rehberg's mom, it turns out, has fought both breast cancer and thyroid cancer. No matter what happens in the ensuing debates over the issue, the dust is unlikely to settle until election day.
