The Affordable Health Care Act was signed into law a year ago. Many provisions are being revisited by congress with some calling for the law to be repealed. Many waivers have been granted by the Obama Administration on who and who does not have to participate in the mandated purchase of health insurance. The united states house of representatives is attempting to de-fund any of the programs contained in the act and the unites states senate is trying to roll back a provision that calls for 1099 tax forms to be issued to anyone whom you pay $600 or more in a year.  Families USA, the National Organization for Health Care Consumers, Kim Bailey tells  us the number of people receiving benefits in Montana under the affordable care act of 2010.
