Senator Jon Tester has been pushing federal agencies to prepare resources and aid for Montana communities facing widespread flooding. Tester  also  pressed the Administrator of FEMA, last Friday, on Montana’s request for a presidential disaster declaration to open up federal resources for communities facing widespread flooding. Senator Tester says typically the FEMA designation takes somewhere between one to four weeks.
