This morning we welcomed Leslie Kaldor and Sandi Willig from Providence to discuss the Home Base Program and the benefits of employer wellness programs, and how they work. Some background on our guests:

Sandi Willig MHA, BSN, RN

Sandi holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years. Sandi’s clinical nurse background includes emergency and occupational health nursing. Currently, Sandi is the Practice Manager for the Providence Occupational Health Clinic and the Program Manager for the Home Base Program.

Leslie Kaldor LPN, AAHCA, CCP

Leslie has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1990, has an Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and is in her final semester of a Bachelor’s program in Healthcare Administration. The majority of her career has been spent working in the hospital setting in the ER, Oncology, and Rehab. She has been a Nurse Care Coordinator for the Home Base Program for almost 3 years, has a certification in chronic care management, and teaches workshops for chronic disease self-management.
