President's Day is this week, and somehow Peter and I have the day off. This week brings some big changes to Talk Back so I thought I'd let you have a heads up.

Talk Back is shrinking and Montana Morning (the news) is hulking up. We will be going back to our 8:30 to 10:00 schedule starting on Tuesday.

Here is our guest list for the week:

On Monday, no show. We will be with our families.

On Tuesday, we will discuss "Right to Try" legislation with advocates from the Goldwater Institute. Senate Bill 142, is working its way through the Montana legislature and passed the Senate unanimously, so the topic is very Montana relevent. The bill would allow terminally ill patients the "right to try" drugs that the FDA has not approved.

On Wednesday, we will speak with Attorney Hertha Lund, one of the main advocates for and explainers of the CSKT Water Rights Compact.

On Thursday, we will talk with Missoula County School District One Superintendent Alex Apostle about the state of Missoula's classrooms.

On Friday, gasbuddy.com Petroleum Annalyst Patrick DeHaan will join the show to explain why fuel prices fluctuate; where they've been, where they are going, and why.
