Fellow Silvertip Skydiver Describes Accident

I spoke with Silvertip Skydiver Scott Spraycar Sunday afternoon about the accident that occurred Saturday before the UM-Weber State football game. Spraycar was the second parachutist  into the stadium. He followed Blaine Wright, who was seriously injured after striking a tree and a concrete retaining wall.
