UPDATE, 5 p.m. Monday, April 22. The Lake County Sheriff's Department has released the names of the two women who were killed in Sunday night's two-vehicle crash near St. Ignatius. They were Debby Ramsey, 68, and her mother, Mary Virginia Smith, 91. Debby Ramsey was the wife of pastor and family counselor Jim Ramsey. She was also a piano teacher who instructed hundreds of children over many years
