BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A Billings woman who stole thousands of dollars from her employer's special needs clients has been given a six-year deferred sentence and ordered to pay more than $11,500 in restitution.
Montana Attorney General Tim Fox urged the support of legislation today that would allow full restitution to victims of child pornography to pay for needed resources including therapy, medical care, lost wages and other services.
A Missoula man who was found guilty of negligent endangerment for failing to look upstream before he jumped off a bridge and landed on a man floating down the Clark Fork River has been ordered to pay more than $22,000 in restitution.
