The Jesus Statue that sits on top of Big Mountain in Whitefish is the subject of yet another lawsuit. This time, a group called the Freedom From Religion Foundation is challenging the recent renewal of the special use permit given by the forest service to the Knights of Columbus.

Jon Tester and Denny Rehberg are fighting back and forth over campaign donations. Tester is accusing Rehberg of not fully disclosing information (specifically, not posting the occupations of donors).
