HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A 49-year-old Browning man has been sentenced to life in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a 51-year-old woman last year.
After the trial of Jordan Johnson ended on March 1 with a not guilty verdict, the 20 year-old student athlete was whisked away with his parents and had no contact with the media — until Tuesday.
Former University of Montana quarterback Jordan Johnson took the stand Monday, Feb. 25, afternoon after the prosecution wrapped up its case to convince the jury that he was guilty of sexual intercourse without consent.
