Average gas prices in Montana have fallen almost two cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.58 compared to the national average that has fallen roughly one cent per gallon in the last week to $3.43 per gallon.
Independence Day is on the way, and, for some, so are some really high gas prices. However, gasbuddy.com petroleum analyst Patrick DeHaan says prices may begin falling again soon.
Montana gas prices went up over the last week by about four cents. The amount may not seem like much, but gasbuddy.com Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan says the trend is surprising.
Gas prices in Montana continue to climb through mid-March, however, there is hope that a shift in oil prices may keep prices from climbing too much in the near future.
