Medical marijuana

A fiscal note attached to the bill repealing the voter passed approval of medical marijuana, was the subject of a hearing Tuesday. Medical marijuana grower Misty Carey says the fiscal note is incomplete and doesn't take into account the impact of the bill on the economy.
