Worker Killed At Road Construction Project

The Cascade County Sheriff's Office says a 31-year-old Great Falls man working on a road construction project died after being hit by a dump truck.

Lt. Bob Rosipal says the United Materials worker died Saturday in the collision that occurred on Black Eagle Dam Road.

Plea Deal For Woman Accused Of Hoarding Cats

A 42-year-old Great Falls woman accused of violating the city's animal ordinance after nearly 100 cats were found in her trailer home has reached a plea agreement. City Attorney James Santoro tells the Great Falls Tribune that Sherry Bickel has pleaded guilty to several violations, including failure to have tags, failure to remove excrement, failure to register cats, failure to vaccinate and public nuisance

Body Found In Missouri River

A badly decomposed body has been pulled from the Missouri River in Great Falls.

Responders with Mountain Patrol Search and Rescue recovered the body at West Bank Park at about 2 p.m. Wednesday, but authorities have not commented.
