37 year-old Damon Evans is in the Missoula County Jail on $250,000 bond after being charged with two felonies, assault on a police officer and criminal endangerment, along with two misdemeanors. Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Travis Welsh says Evans was initially pulled over on his motorcycle Wednesday afternoon for not having an interlock system.
