The Missoula Chamber of Commerce presented their 2015 State of Missoula event on Tuesday at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel.

Nick Kaufman, Chairman of the Board of the Chamber and Vice President of WGM Group was the emcee for the event.

The first speaker was John Lavey, Project Manager of the Sonoran Institute, based in Tucson, Arizona. Lavey's topic was 'Place Value; A Fresh Approach to Economic Development in the West'.

Also speaking at the event were Senior Planner for City Development Services, Lavall Means, President and CEO of Missoula Economic Partnership, James Grunke, and Patrick Barkey, Director of the University of Montana Bureau of Business and Economic Research.
