The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and the Missoula Police Department responded to several reports of criminal mischief during the weekend.  Unknown suspects sprayed orange, black and pink paint on over one hundred vehicles. The crime activity stretched from the Canyon Creek Village development near the airport to the Target Range and South Ave area.

According to a local repair shop, costs may average $100 for each vehicle bringing the total cost of damages to beyond $10,500.  The shop warned that the sooner victims remove the paint the better.
