Son Of Hall Of Fame Quarterback Joe Montana Arrested For Suspicion Of DUI

Twenty one year old Nathaniel Joseph Montana, son of Hall of Fame Quarterback Joe Montana was arrested by Missoula County Sheriff’s Deputies for driving under the influence of alcohol just before four o’clock this morning.
Montana posted $685 bond and was released from the Missoula County Jail. Montana, a transfer from Notre Dame, is vying for the starting quarterback position for the University of Montana Grizzly Football Team. He will appear on the 1st offense misdemeanor in Missoula Justice Court before Judge John Odlin at 2:30 this afternoon.
Nate transferred in February from Notre Dame to the University of Montana, where he is vying for the starting quarterback spot. This is not his first run-in with law enforcement. In July of 2010 while still in South Bend, Indiana, he and 10 other Norte Dame athletes were arrested on misdemeanor charges of underage drinking.
