Over the years, we’ve seen some pretty memorable athlete freakouts but this clip from an African Cup of Nations qualifying match between Egypt and Central African Republic ranks up there as one of the best.

Central African Republic goalie Geoffrey Lembet was being treated for an injury by the team doctor when one of the referees told Lembet that he needed to be removed from play due to the injury.

That didn’t exactly go over well with Lembet, who decided to punch both goal posts on his way out:

Central African Republic would upset Egypt by the score of 3-2 and hopefully, Lembet didn’t punch anything else.
