Small Business Initiative Brings Cash to Montana [AUDIO]

Representatives from Goldman-Sachs were in Missoula Wednesday afternoon to announce a significant monetary investment to the Montana Community Development Corporation as part of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Business Initiative. The funds are intended to help Montana businesses grow and create jobs throughout the state and are the first and only project of its kind to a rural market.
The news is a direct result of the 5th Montana Economic Development Summit co-hosted by Senator Max Baucus.
Dave Glaser with the Montana CDC says the monies will be used to help businesses that fall just short of qualifying for bank financing. To apply for a loan, follow the link to the Montana CDC.
