The U.S. Senate voted to cut paperwork for small businesses. A tax-reporting requirement in the health Care Bill would have meant more paperwork for Montana’s small businesses. Tuesday’s Senate vote means small businesses will get to take advantage of the tax credits without more paperwork. Senator Jon Tester, who voted for the bill, says it was the right thing to do for small business.

The bill heads now to the president to be signed into law.
