21 year-old Jessica Henderson was arrested Wednesday for felony criminal endangerment related to the case of a three year-old child who was left alone at Riverside Apartments on Cooper Street on Monday. A pan on the stove covered by a paper sack was about to catch fire, and there was a loaded handgun on the counter when authorities arrived.

Henderson appeared before Judge John Odlin Thursday afternoon and was charged with felony criminal endangerment. She was placed in the Missoula County Jail on $50,000 bond. 21 year-old Zachary Bass Sutton heard the same charges on Wednesday, and is currently in jail on $100,000 bond. The child has been placed with relatives, and is under the supervision of Child Protective Services. Comments from Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Travis Welsh can be heard by clicking below.
