26 year-old Matthew Charlick of Missoula has been missing since June 15th, when he left his home without telling anyone where he was going. Missoula Sheriff's Department Public Information Officer Jason Johnson says Charlick is a U. S. Army veteran who suffers from depression, but relatives say he does not have suicidal tendencies.

A break in the missing persons case came Sunday afternoon, when Charlick's vehicle, a silver 2003 Honda, was found stuck by the side of the road about 14 miles up Upper Miller Creek Road. At this time, Missoula Search and Rescue is looking in the area for any sign of Charlick. Authorities are asking anyone with information as to his whereabouts to call the Sheriff's Department at 258-4810.
