I spoke with executive Vice President at the University of Montana Jim Foley this morning, and he provided a retrospective of the first year under new UM President Royce Engstrom, along with both good and bad results from the recently concluded legislative session. Foley is deeply concerned about the over-populated College of Technology, and the fact that it will eventually be relocated on the 'South Campus', where the current UM Golf Course resides. All that is moot, though..until funding is available. Mr. Foley's comments are attached.

Foley says commencement exercises will be held for the first time this year inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium, so come dressed for the weather...just in case,
