Russell Street Fender Bender Puts The Lights Out

An early morning crash in the Russell Street area caused a power outage to several homes in the area, as police attempted to sort out what really happened. I spoke with Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Bob Bouchet on Wednesday about the incident. That interview is attached.
