Rock Creek Running Fast, Video and Photos

Rock Creek is one of my favorite places and there is only a limited amount of time you can float it. It is running high, fast and dirty, I've never seen it like this. It's important to always be safe around water especially around this time of year.

There are people floating Rock Creek right now but it is definitely suspect. Again a reminder you can be on water that is intense if you know what you are doing and practice water safety but it is always a risk. The water is rising and will continue to for a bit but will also clear up depending on weather.

Rock Creek also has the Salmon Fly hatch going on right now. This video was taken on June 2nd 2017.
