Rob Natelson Comments as Supreme Court Decisions Loom [AUDIO]

Former University of Montana law professor, Constitutional scholar and author, and present Senior Fellow for Constitutional Studies at the Independence Institute and Montana Policy Institute, Rob Natelson, weighs in on the argument put forth last week on the KGVO Talk Back show about using the 11th Amendment to the Constitution to overturn the Supreme Court's ruling in the Citizen's United case.

Natelson says the 11th amendment is being wrongly presented by an organization called TEAM..The Eleventh Amendment Movement, and that the group's argument will fall on deaf ears before the Supreme Court.
