Be aware that the registration process changes significantly after October 9!
Many states stop allowing new voters to register within the 30 days before November 6, Montanans, however, can register to vote right up through election day.
In Missoula, late registration voters will need to go to the Missoula County Elections Center at building 15 in the Missoula County fairgrounds. The office of elections website warns that the elections center “does not issue ballots between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. the day before any election.” If you have any questions about the election process call the elections office at 258-4741 or visit them on the web.
After voting, voters can track their vote by following the elections online.
