BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Protesters plan a rally today outside the Yellowstone County courthouse in Billings to demand the resignation of a judge over his remarks about a 14-year-old rape victim. District Judge G. Todd Baugh says he deserves to be chastised for his comments. But he says he stands by his decision to send a former teacher to jail for 30 days for having sex with the girl, who later killed herself. Baugh said earlier this week that the teenage victim had as much control of the situation as the teacher who raped her.
