Early Monday morning, prominent Bigfork attorney Todd Glazier was stopped on I-90 just outside Missoula by the Montana Highway Patrol and charged with failure to signal a turn and aggravated DUI after his blood alcohol level measured .226, nearly three times the legal limit.

Glazier was in the news in 2011 after he represented Greg Barkus, the state senator who pleaded no contest to crashing his boat on the rocks in Flathead Lake, an accident that put one man in a coma, and in which Congressman Denny Rehberg suffered a broken ankle. According to the Missoula county jail roster, Glazier posted $2500 bond and will appear in Missoula justice court at 2:30 this afternoon.
