Prohibiting Medical Cannabis In The Valor House

The Valor House has changed their rules of occupancy to prohibit the use of medical cannabis on the property. Founder of Montanan’s For Responsible Legislation Doug Chyette says this is discrimination to homeless veterans and does not have to do with money.

Chyette says the Housing Authority has sent out  contracts  that tenets will have to sign stating  they will not use medical cannabis or they will have to vacate the property.
