UPDATE - 5:00 P.M. Monday, September 19.

The Missoula County Coroner has released the name of the woman who was found dead at the University of Montana's Lewis and Clark apartments as 22 year-old Rhianna Leigh Dilworth of Kalispell.

Authorities say the investigation into Dilworth's death is ongoing, and no cause or manner of death can be identified until toxicology and autopsy results are complete.

On Saturday evening, University of Montana officials were notified that a young woman was found deceased in the Lewis and Clark Village apartments. Missoula Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh said on Monday, that it is still unclear what led to the woman’s death.

“The Missoula Police Department is taking over the investigation,” said Welsh. “We were called to the location just after 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon where it was discovered that a 22-year-old female was deceased in her residence by a roommate. The University was the initial responder and they asked the police department to respond due to the woman’s age and it not being immediately known what was the cause of death.”

There are no suspects and Welsh says that it is not clear there that a crime occurred.

“We don’t even know that a crime has been committed,” Welsh said. “The cause of death is still something we’re seeking, so it is too early to say whether or not this is the result of crime… although we don’t have any indications of that right now. We don’t want to close the door on any possibilities until we know for sure."

University of Montana Director of Communication Paula Short said that grief counselors were available for students on campus and at the Lewis and Clark Village Apartments.
