Police Investigating Apparent Murder-Suicide

KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) — Police in Kalispell are investigating the deaths of two people in an apparent murder-suicide.

Officers say a man called 911 at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday and reported his father had just shot his mother and was going to commit suicide. Responding officers found two people on the floor in a bedroom. Police say both died from gunshot wounds.

The case is still being investigated and the names of the victims have not been released.
