The attorney for University of Montana football players Trumaine Johnson and Gerald Kemp pleaded 'no contest' to charges of disorderly conduct this morning on behalf of the two men in a Missoula courtroom. Darla Keck with Datsopoulos, MacDonald and Lind said the City of Missoula was dismissing with prejudice charges of resisting arrest for both men. During the incident this fall, both Johnson and Kemp were tased after a confrontation with Police. My interview with Ms. Keck is attached.

Ms. Keck says both men will have to pay a $100 fine and some court costs, and both want to put the incident behind them.
