YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. (AP) — A plan to return 67 cabin units to visitor use and construct a new dormitory for Yellowstone National Park workers in the Old Faithful area has been approved by the National Park Service.

The cabins are now used by park concessioner employees housing.

An environmental study of the plan found no problems with the proposal.

The Park Service says the project will proceed when funding becomes available, with the cost of the project to be determined when detailed designs are completed.
