More details are coming out in the case of a Pryor, Montana family that was gunned down after pulling to the side of the road to help what they thought was a stranded vehicle.

There is a trial scheduled for 3:00 today, July 31, in Federal District Court in Billings for Jesus Yeizon Deniz, also known as Jesus Mendoza in earlier accounts by the Park County, Wyoming Sheriff's Department.

Special Agent Larry McGrail is quoted by the Associated Press as having said that Deniz "opened fire because one of the victims laughed at him." the Associated Press is also reporting that Deniz "acknowledged to investigators that he shot a couple and their daughter on Montana's Crow Indian Reservation.

We also now know that the two parents, Jason and Tana Shane were killed. Their daughter, Jorah Shane was also shot (reportedly in the head). This tragedy will impact more than just the three individuals that were shot, on her Facebook page, Jorah describes herself as "stay-at-home parent."
