The Missoula County Sheriff's office is asking for the public's help in solving a series of break-ins that occurred on February 26th near Missoula.

"We're working on a case in which several vehicles were broken-into at the Blue Mountain trail-head," explains Missoula County Sheriff's Department Public Information Officer Jason Johnson. "Some purses were taken including a money bag with cash in it. We have the primary suspect in custody for those things but he's not talking and we know that he was with a friend."

The primary suspect is David Moorse, but the identity of the "friend" (pictured above and below) is still undetermined. It is uncertain whether or not the "friend" may have participated in the break-ins. Regardless, Sheriff's deputies would like to ask him a few questions.

Though difficult to see, the man in the picture is wearing a dark colored Celtics sweatshirt.

If you have pertinent information in this case, please call Five Valleys Crime Stoppers at (406) 721-4444. Informants may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 and information can be given with complete anonymity.
