Permanent Lights May Be Coming to Wa-Griz Stadium [AUDIO]

For a number of reasons, not just for football, permanent lighting may be coming to Washington Grizzly Stadium. I spoke with University of Montana Athletic Director Jim O'Day about the issue Monday afternoon. That interview is attached.

O Day says the addition of permanent lighting would make it difficult to continue the tradition of Silvertip Skydivers, as the lights would present another obstacle for a safe and successful jump. O'Day says University officials will be meeting this week to discuss Saturday's accident involving Silvertip skydiver Blaine Wright, who was injured and is now in stable condition at a Seattle hospital.
