Patty Lovaas; Limited Access Not Enough, Writ To Be Filed [AUDIO]

Missoula CPA Patty Lovaas is not satisfied with the limited access the County is providing a group of concerned citizens to examine absentee ballot applications. She will be filing a writ of mandamus, commanding the County to comply with her wishes of full access to the applications. I spoke with Ms. Lovaas Sunday evening...that interview is attached. Ms. Lovaas says the writ will be filed on Monday. She and her group had originally been granted limited access as of Friday evening by the County.
