My friends over there at Ridge Fitness are continuing their women's self-defense class series with a partners class this Sunday!

Sometimes having another female friend/sister/mother tag along makes it easier and slightly more comfortable to try out the defensive and offensive moves that you're taught during these classes! Matt Powers and my girl Rachel Plumage will be there again to instruct the class and you better believe that they've got some surprises for ya!
