Steven Kurt Gratzer appeared in Justice Court Monday on a felony DUI charge. Court records say he was arrested Sunday after a Missoula police officer saw him swerving into oncoming traffic, overcorrect and nearly hit the curb.
July 13, 2011 Joe Montana's son has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of reckless driving stemming from a traffic stop in which he declined a breathalyzer test.

Missoula Police Corporal Bob Campbell say the bicyclist suffered a possible broken leg and was transported to St. Patrick Hospital.
