Most Americans Think Crime Is Getting Worse

According to a new Gallup poll, 68 percent of Americans believe there is more crime than a year ago.

17 percent of the survey’s respondents reported there is less crime, and 8 percent believe the crime rate is unchanged. This marked the seventh year in a row that at least 67 percent of Americans answered crime is getting worse.

21 Year-Old Man Charged With Felony Sex Crimes [AUDIO]

21 year-old Kyle Eugene Avery appeared in Missoula Justice Court Tuesday afternoon charged with two felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of sexual assault. Avery allegedly sexually assaulted three different women over a period ranging from August 2nd to September 4th. Former Coach Sentenced To Prison For Sex Crime

A former girls' basketball coach in Missoula and Darby, who received a suspended sentence after arranging an online meeting with a 14-year-old girl, has been sentenced to prison for violating his probation.

43-year-old David Paisley was sentenced to 10 years in prison Wednesday by District Judge Ed McLean.

Spray Painting Crime Spree, Do You Have Information ?

The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and the Missoula Police Department responded to several reports of criminal mischief during the weekend.  Unknown suspects sprayed orange, black and pink paint on over one hundred vehicles.
