We all hate getting bills to the point where some of us will even hide them in the freezer to put them completely out of sight and therefore out of mind. Volunteer mailman Steve Score of Minnesota’s Emmanuel Nursing Home has the unfortunate job of delivering such mail, but it looks like he’s found the most effective way of passing along these letters and all it took were some adorable little ducklings.
It’s a video that’s as shocking as it is heartbreaking. In a clip widely circulating on the Web, middle school students in Rochester, NY’s Greece Central School District viciously taunt 68-year-old bus monitor Karen Klein with graphic slurs for ten minutes, eventually driving the grandmother of eight to tears. The video is very NSFW for bad language and an utter lack of humanity. But, if you read on, this terrible tale is headed for a happy ending.
April Spielman wanted to make her boyfriend’s 16th birthday special. So the 15-year-old woke up at 4am and put on a painstakingly detailed Tinker Bell costume which she had spent the last few months preparing. When that was done, she accompanied her beau, who was dressed as Peter Pan, on his maiden trip to Disney World.
Despite being born with no hands, Annie Clark is a pretty normal kid. She dresses herself, drinks soda from a can she opens, types on her computer and hopes to one day write a book about animals. Oh, and the seven-year-old just won a trophy and $1,000 in a national penmanship competition.
