Three major problems that plagued the University of Montana football team a year ago cropped again Saturday night against the Sacramento State Hornets.

Turnovers, poor special teams play, and a huge disparity in time of possession resulted in a 42-28 setback against the Hornets.

With the win, Sac State is now 1-1 in Big Sky play, and 2-2 overall. The Griz are also 1-1 in league, and 2-2 overall. The Griz will try to bounce back next Saturday at home against winless Northern Colorado. That game will be UM's homecoming.
