Today, the United States Supreme Court made its long-awaited decision on the constitutionality of President Obama's health care legislation.The Court decided that the individual mandate will survive as a tax. The vote was 5 to 4 with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the majority.

The President's health care plan has been under fire since the legislation, written in part by Montana Senior Senator Max Baucus was signed into law. 26 state Attorney's General challenged the individual mandate, requiring each citizen to purchase health insurance, as being unconstitutional.
