Northern Lights Show in Whitefish

I personally have never had a chance to see the Northern Lights in person, even though they are frequently in Montana. 

Most of the time they are over Glacier National Park when spotted in Montana or near that area. That rang true on Sunday night as my friend Philip Granrud was at Whitefish Lake in Whitefish, MT. The Northern Lights were in full swing and he grabbed some amazing photos. He also has captured them multiple times in that area and has many more pictures here.
