GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — A new court hearing has been set for ex-NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf in Montana.

The former Washington State standout is scheduled to appear in Cascade County District Court Tuesday on charges that he broke into two homes and stole prescription drugs.

He is charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of criminal possession of a dangerous drug.

The Great Falls Tribune reports that Leaf will be arraigned and has asked for a change-of-plea hearing.

Leaf's attorney, Ken Olson, did not immediately return a message on Monday.

Leaf has been jailed since his second arrest in three days on April 2. He is facing possible prison time in Texas after officials there moved to revoke his probation from a 2010 plea agreement on similar accusations.
