A major Montana medical insurance scam was shut down this week. The National Better Living Association (NBLA) as well as a host of its affiliates agreed to pay out $170,000 to Montana victims.

The scam involved offering customers full coverage insurance without regard to preexisting conditions and then rejecting client's claims.

The Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, Monica Lindeen took a few minutes out of her day to discuss the case with KGVO News.

Here is that interview.

If you feel you were victimized by this scam, or by another security or insurance scam, please report to help protect yourself and other Montanans.
