More Features Available With Smart 911 [AUDIO]

A year ago, Missoula County Office of Emergency Management first offered the Smart 911 system to area residents.
Smart 911 allows users to create a safety profile, containing vital information which can be accessed by authorities during an emergency. Director of Emergency Services Chris Lounsbury says the service is free, as well as being 100% private and secure.
Lounsbury says users can opt to provide emergency responders with additional details that may be used in disaster planning, evacuation and recovery efforts.
To access the system, visit the website and enter the details you wish to share. For more information, call 258-4469.
