Veterans are being invited to come and speak with state Veteran's Administration officials about how the VA system in Montana is working.

Two back-to-back Town Halls will take place on Wednesday, September 10 starting at 4:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m in Building 154's Rec Hall

"This is the first one of these listening sessions that we've held in a while," said Montana VA Public Information Officer Randy Martin. "It is the first one that we've held following the Secretary of the VA's directive for each VA to hold one of these town halls before the end of September. We plan to hold other town halls, but the dates have not yet been set."

Those that can't make it to the proceedings have other ways of letting their voice be heard. Emailed questions can be sent to MontanaTownHallQuestions@va.gov, while letters can be sent to the following address:

There is also a call in line if vets would like to follow the proceedings live. 200 lines are available and may fill up. Calls can be received starting at 4:20 p.m. The number to call is 800-767-1750. After dialing, callers will need to type 721827, when prompted.
