BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Montana Tech women’s basketball coach Kerie DePell has announced the signing of Butte Central forward Brynne Kambich.

DePell says Kambich is a naturally gifted offensive player, a great passer, can shoot from 3-point range and is a great finisher around the basket. DePell says Kambich is also able to guard quicker perimeter players because of her intelligence and anticipation, as well as being able to guard inside because of her height and length.

The Montana Standard reports Kambich was part of Central’s state championship team in 2011 and earned first team all-state honors as a senior.
